My HoRsEs!
The first horse on my farm was Philpot!
She died at the age of 29 on 20th july 2002
2nd horse was a 12hh pony called Sandy-Sandyman.
3rd horse Crystal-Circus
4th horse Cody-Codes master!
A Little about them..:
I still have 2 of them, Cody (there is another page about cody’s sickness..) and Crystal. I sold Sandy to a loving family who have now changed his name to sammy
oh well. Philpot died in 2002 I think, she was a lovely horse and we were all very unhappy when the vets told us she must be put down. She now is buried on our property and will stay with us 4eva in our hearts!! RIP Philpot.
Profiles:
Philpot:
Philpot was around 14hh. She was a paint and was 29years old when she passed away. She died from a twisted bowel..
Sandy:
Sandy was my first pony of which I learnt to ride on. He was 12hh and was a bay with 2 white front socks. He took me to many shows and we won many ribbons together! He was gorgeous and still is. We sold him for a very cheap price, probably too cheap. He was a bombproof pony but he had very bad feet and hoof problems!
Crystal:
Crystal I still have at the moment. She is a white mare (what they call grey). She is 14hh, about say 18yrs old and is pretty much bombproof to ride, but not handle. She is a little head shy and like most people, hates needles..but she’s a horse! lol in 2007 I got heaps of ribbons on her I got overall champion of the day at a gymkhana and a reserve champion at another gymkhana (pretty good effort lol). Crystal gets the nickname circus because she’s always full of tricks, when we first got her we couldn’t put a bridle on her or go anywhere near her face..
Cody!:
Cody I also have at the moment. He is a Gelding but was gelded late and used as a stallion (he has a few offsprings running around haha). He got really sick but he’s better now! He is 15hh and coming up 10 yr old this year. He is a liver chestnut with one back white sock. He has a white star, blaze and snip lol. He isn’t exactly bombproof to ride but is to handle, he’s very good with needles now (considering we had to needle him 3 times daily at one stage of his sickness). I call him codes master as his nickname because he put me through so many stages where he would play up and you would have to beat him. Each new thing to me was like a code I had to figure out. Now he’s really good though! YIPEE!!
I love all of my horses muchly!! the ones I have now and the ones I have previously owned!
